Demystifying Microsoft Windows 7 Operating System
Wednesday, March 17, 2010
On Wednesday, March 17th we will have a special joint meeting with San Diego County Water Works Group with two speakers. Attendees may come for one or both programs, either with or without dinner. Planned for St Patrick's Day, the meeting will be held in the Corral Room at Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse in Santee, where all the good Irish cowboys go to celebrate, so be sure and wear your very best cowboy garb.
First at 5:30, Michael Donahue will give an overview of the Windows 7 operating system from an experienced user's point of view. Michael has eight years of experience with various Microsoft operating systems, mostly XP and Vista, and has been using Windows 7 since before its public release. Michael currently holds an AA in Information Technology/Networking, is working towards his BA in computer science and has been working part-time as a computer repair technician for about 3 years.
"I am looking forward to showing the attendees of the presentation that Windows 7 is nothing to be afraid of. It is natural for humans to be wary of change, but I think I can prove that Windows 7 is change for the better," says Michael. If you are considering switching to Windows 7, this straightforward and open discussion from an experienced end user is one you will not want to miss.
Michael Donahue can be reached at (619)757-5900 or firstname.lastname@example.org .
